The gallery

Our 2,000 sqft space offers a rotating curated selection of local and national artists works on display providing an elegant and one of a kind backdrop to your evening. 180 linear feet of gallery wall space bid a feast for the eyes while two groups of living room style seating provide for easy conversation. Additional seating and table options available upon request. Our elegant black and white checkered flooring doubles as a dance floor for events centered around live music. This beautiful marriage of art and elegance endeavors assured success for events of any kind.

The kitchen

Our on site professional caterer’s kitchen is up fitted with a commercial refrigerator, freezer, multiple sinks, prep spaces and a specialty ice cream freezer for ease of operations on the day of your event.

The bar

Our gallery is centered around a 70 foot brass high top bar with barstool seating for 15. This adds an elegant feature for caterers and bartenders to serve your guests and provide elevated food and drink service.

Daily rental prices are based on a consecutive 12-hour period and must include time for set up and clean up. All rental times must be concluded by midnight of the day of the scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of an event more that 60 days prior to the event will result in a full refund less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be given to events cancelled 59 days or less prior to the event. If an event is rescheduled within six months of the original event date, all deposits will be applied the balance of the new event.

Refundable Damage Fee

There is a refundable deposit of $500. A full refund of the damage fee will be given after a property inspection to ensure the venue is clear of any damage to both property of the venue and Artwork displayed in Gallery Areas that might have occurred during the contracted event.

Payment Terms

30% of the total contract fee is due at contract signing. The total contract fee is the Rental Rate plus the Refundable Damage Deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Security/Police Officer

$35/hour – Minimum of 3 hours. Required for all events serving alcohol.

Not Allowed – No smoking inside (smoking is only permissible by receptacles provided.) No nails, tacks, staples, glue, tape, putty or anything that penetrates the wood, walls or ceiling is allowed.

Animals are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of service animals.

Signatory of the Lessee must be twenty-one (21) years or older and present valid proof of age upon request.
